On your first visit, we will set you up with an account and a membership card which you use to sign in to the PCs. This is free and only takes a couple minutes. Then, we load your card with your prepaid balance or an all-day pass, whichever you prefer. The PCs bill every 15 minutes, and the balance on your card never expires and can be used to on anything in the store, including snacks and beverages, so if you have to leave early your remaining balance will be available for next time.
Your account will remember all your saved documents and settings – no matter which PC you sign in to – so you won’t have to set everything back up every time you visit. You can install any software you want. The PCs themselves factory reset after every use, so you don’t have to worry about someone else accessing your information.
You can book a party via phone or by using our online booking system. The process is very simple and straightforward. A $50 deposit will be required to reserve your time slot, whether booking via phone or online.
We will call the day of your party to confirm. You will be guaranteed at least the number of seats specified for your guest count at arrival. If you have any special game requests specified for your party ahead of time, those games should be up and ready to play as soon as your group arrives, so they can get right to playing and don’t have to spend time getting set up.
The party room will be immediately available to set up food and drink, if included with your package. Microphones for our PA system are available for the party organizer if desired.
